Add 4 days PTO/ year at 1,000 hours worked/ averaging ~25 hours per week, and ~1,200 hours per year. Plus up to 5 days sick leave per year accrued at 1 hr/ 30 hrs worked. PTO is an earned benefit/you own it.  Sick leave does not accrue past 5 days and cannot be “cashed in”.
Health Insurance bonus consideration at 25+ hours / week and 1,200 hours. And Dental up to $300 annually. For committed, long term employees only.
